I have used this for years and it's a great product.
What's great about it: User friendly
What's not so great: none

Overall. Turbo Tax has save me a lot of money that I would have had to pay to an accountant. So now, my refund is completely mine and I don't have to give part of it back.
What's great about it: Mostly easy to use.
What's not so great: Does not go into enough detail when there is an issue on filing. Especially with the state file.

Have used Turbo Tax for over 15 years and this product makes it really easy to file taxes with its step-by-step instructions.
What's great about it: Easy to use step-by-step instructions
What's not so great: Paying to e-file state tax returns

New Turbo Tax Versions

Being led like a 5-year-old in kindergarten

It seems like after every question there is then a review screen saying okay, we've completed such and such. Now press continue to move on to the next section. Way too much review requiring way too many clicks. Also, the continue button is always below the bottom of my screen requiring additional mouse manipulation to get to that button. Just little irritants that left a bad taste in my mouth.
What's great about it: fairly error free, thorough
