think there is a mistake

The small business lost money but your software increased our Fed due. We do not feel it calculated the profit on the business correctly.
What's great about it: good navigation
What's not so great: I think you made a mistake in calculating our Fed return. Our small business section of our return.

Overall it was a positive experience as usual. I use TurboTax each year for filing and have had few problems with it. This year, there was one item under business losses, or At Risk or Not at Risk which wasn't fully explained, but I sorted out what was needed. I'll most likely use it again next year.
What's great about it: Ease of use; guided prompts for filing
What's not so great: Some specialized info seemed lacking
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Tax software.

I've use TurboTax for about 18 years and I like it. It allows me to easily file small bushiness as well as home office expenses.
There is one area that has frustrated me for years. The software doesn't remember questions I have already answered when I go back to update an item. This is especially true regarding business and home office items. If I want to update or review a single item, such property tax under business expense, I have to re-answer numerous questions that were already answered. There are some answers that it does remember but there are numerous question that it doesn't remember from my earlier response. This is frustrating and slows me down considerably.
What's great about it: Easy to use, comprehensive
What's not so great: Doesn't remember all selections.

I love that I didn't have to spend a fortune to get my taxes done. I was able input the numbers just like a professional tax preparer.

I have been using Turbo Tax for as long as I can remember, it's almost second nature now. The great customer service I get each time I may have had to call is worth the cost of the software alone.

I love turbotax! My favorite thing about turbotax is the ease of comparison from year to year. Having my own business, taxes can become confusing but not with turbotax. This is an awesome asset I would hate to be without.
