Great tool!

Easy to use! I use Turbo Tax every year and usually have no problems. But this year I was unable to file E-File. Called Support Team and they weren't able to figure out why I couldn't.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Unable to file E-File

I have been using Turbo Tax for as least 12 years and i have never had a bad experience nor filed an error!! Great application

Could not correct errors

Over all poor could not log into my account , cost were out of line could not correct errors unable to import last years forms had to print and reenter .

PA Form G-L needs fixin'

When MFJ and both working in DE, but both living in PA, a PA Schedule G-L comes up and you select the taxpayer or spouse and fill it out. But it should come up twice if the program knows that both are in this same situation. You have to go back and "add another state" which is confusing because it already shows DE as a state already selected for one spouse but doesn't indicate for which spouse. I almost miss this each year and have to remember that the program doesn't know to do this. Please fix this. Otherwise this program and all the help provided rocks.
What's great about it: Works fine...but
What's not so great: Doesn't automatically come up with a PA Schedule G-L when filing Jointly

Better than TaxAct by far

i gave TaxAct a try this year but gave up on it. It's much clearer what's going on with turbo tax. TaxAct might be ok for a super simple, one-w2 form return.
I hope TurboTax fixes the glitches with transferring the prior year's into into the current return before I need to file again!

What's great about it: You can see the actual forms; It's clear what's being asked; you can print and save to your own computer, not the cloud
What's not so great: I had trouble getting it to transfer my 2014 info into the 2015 forms; wasted about 2 hours getting that to happen.
