I Saved Money Doing Taxes Myself!

Great product if you have some understanding, it will save you money. Takes longer to use the guided steps, but provides more reassurance.
What's great about it: Guides you through each section, nothing missed.
What's not so great: Initially added forms I did not need. Have to be careful not to check wrong box!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I like how easy it was to do myself and save me a lot of money by doing it m y self.

Re-establishing password cumbersome

While trying to pay for my state I forgot my password and I could never get it re-established. Finally after four tries I did it the old fashioned way and paid without creating an account.
And to add to the frustration now I keep getting errors to transmit my review!!!!!!!!! That is why the crazy nickname!
What's great about it: Great process as usual
What's not so great: Trying to re-establish password took me to a loop!

Awesome product. I use it every year with out fail. Saves me hundreds of $'s over my friends who have their taxes "done".
What's great about it: Fast & easy to use. Walks you through each step.

fix the filing program

used the software for years
identity was stolen 3 yrs ago
get a new filing pin from IRS each year
your program is not able to recognize the IRS pin as valid
have to keep mailing in with no way to file electronically
why can this not be fixed??
