This program is idiot proof. If you can write , you can file your taxes even if this is your first time.

1st time self employed - worked well

The problem (mentioned in cons) was annoying however, a long phone call with a very patient expert and the problem was solved.

What's great about it: Worked well, Asked the right questions, as usual.
What's not so great: Had a problem with stopping business use of a vehicle.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

1098 misc

Entering a small amount of oil and gas royalty from a 1098 misc on a personal residence must be made to be much for simple.
What's great about it: Overall the program is great and I have used Turbo Tas since 1994 or 95.

Well, our U.S. Income Tax code is very complex and never fun to work on but I don't think I forgot anything using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Did remind me of everything I needed to enter.
What's not so great: Some things not saved between reviews.

Overall excellent product and just as easy like the commercial...even a genius can do it. Provides you the best approach to resolve tax issues and best for the tax payer considering so many tax codes.
What's great about it: Easy flow from one item to the next; helpful hints and clear understandiing
