Easy to use

I hate taxes but with TurboTax I was done in 6hrs.
What's great about it: Pulled in all of last year's info easily
What's not so great: Takes a while to get through everything

There were a couple of times when the software sent me to look at my printed 2014 return when it could have retrieved the number. No explanation given.
What's great about it: Easy to use, very easy

had some errors come up when the finial check was run and there was no help to correct the errors. So had to do online research and just take a guess on the issue and I have used this software in the previous years tax return

Very Important to keep yearly excellent records!!!
What's great about it: Easy to follow the different section commands
What's not so great: Taxes are never simple - a One Tax System would fix it? Not Sure?

Easy to follow instructions

I have been using Turbo Tax for 10+ years now. Every year they make improvements to the software to make it easier to understand and follow. Filing is easy and error free.
What's great about it: step by step instructions, helpful notes and identification of firms and forms
What's not so great: hard to print some forms/supporting details.
