I really enjoy using Turbo Tax. I've tried a couple of different tax preparation software. Turbo Tax is straight forward, easy to use and very user friendly. I also like the option of forms view if needed. The email notifications is a plus as well.
What's great about it: Easy to use and inports data from prior year. Easy to follow along.
What's not so great: Cost of upgrading to the Home edition when the Delux worked for my needs in previous years.

So Easy!

Quick and easy and Turbo Tax stopped me from making mistakes that would have cut my refund in half and another mistake in my filing status.

Was a breeze to file my taxes with Turbo Tax. Did not have to pay an outrageous fee for someone else to prepare my taxes.

Have used Turbo tax for more than 20 years - very easy. All you have to do is read and follow directions. Within in 2 hours I was done. The easiest two hours of my life.

I have been using Turbo tax for several years. I find it for the most part easy to use and very helpful for difficult situations, to include school credits, and business.
What's great about it: Inexpensive fairy easy to follow
What's not so great: Sometimes i feel like it misses some things
