Love TT! I've been using them for years and they are the best. Its real simple to use with the follow along steps with pictures. Literally a kid could do your taxes. I always save lots of money with TT and will be a forever customer!
What's great about it: fast, easy, free
What's not so great: nothing

The walk me through everything approach makes the process simple and assures me I've missed nothing.
I spend extra time collecting and sorting through receipts and adding subtotals for expenses before I ever begin the walk through, doing so shortens the time sitting at the computer.
What's great about it: takes out confusion
What's not so great: cost of state electronic transmission seems absurdly high

Has made taxes easy for years

I've used TurboTax for years. It is where I go for accurate and easy tax preparation.
What's great about it: I've used TurboTax for years, and have always found it easy to use and accurate.
What's not so great: I change computers periodically, so transferring data on previous returns is not possible.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I've been doing Turbo Tax over 5 years and it seems to be getting easier to use.
What's great about it: Becoming easier to understand
What's not so great: Taxes can be tedious
