Easy to Use - Wonderful Customer Service

We've used TurboTax for many years. From the very beginning, the Customer Service department was always very good, patient, and friendly. We appreciate all the assistance provided. The software is easy to use and is updated on a regular basis. We love how it displays the previous year's numbers and checks if data / entries are missing.
What's great about it: I love being able to create many types of PDF reports of tax info and walking thru questions of data required to file.
What's not so great: Sometimes the descriptions provided are not detailed enough - we would like more examples.

It works

I have used Turbo Tax for years and don't anticipate changing. It has consistently worked well and we have never received a notification of error in the return.
What's great about it: Handles my husband's business well and walks us through all the issues of tax compliance
What's not so great: Being able to go back a screen is difficult. It always takes you to the first screen of the segment.

Know you want data to be secure but what your are asking is a bit much.

Clean and simple

The whole process of doing my taxes this year was a piece of cake. I mistakenly e-filed my state taxes through TurboTax, when my state allows me to file for free.
What's great about it: Easy and clear walkthrough
What's not so great: Unnecessary charges

Turbo Tax is a very easy program to understand and use. I guides you thru all the necessary steps to accurately fill out and file your federal Taxes. I really like the fact that it automatically imports all the details from last year.

Turbo Tax 2015 Home and Business

We have consistently used TurboTax for the preparation of our home business taxes as well as our personal income taxes. I spend less time and money than if I were to use a professional tax preparer. I am confident the software maximizes my refund and accurately prepares the forms required to satisfy the governments auditor review. Keep up the great work Intuit!

Confidence builder

Error checks showed an error in entering K-1, box 16 code G--number went in OK but source of income would not "take" and no amount of trying would allow me to enter Canada on the worksheet--even though it was entered as Code A on the K-1 entry form.
Overall though, very good product. Have used it for many years and will continue to use it.
What's great about it: Generally easy to follow. Reasons and consequences for some entries very helpful
What's not so great: H&Bus edition. Entering 1065 K-1 information caused fatal error for eFiling. Had to fudge entries to get it to work
