Ahh - city tax refund for non residents ohio

Needs to be more extensive in explanation of how to file for refunds and preparing the forms for mailing. We have 48 different city income tax locations due to home nursing care all over north east ohio. program stops at 4 cities. I will have to do this all by hand.

Better than trying to do it myself

I have used TurboTax for many years. For 2014 I could not use the download/cd version and I had to do the online version, and it made it harder this year as it was not clear, until I had entered most of the current information, that I could download 2014 and transfer it into the return. I had numerous stock sales and it appears that they are not totally identified on the return, although the number of shares involved and the figures appear correct.
What's great about it: Better than finding the forms and doing my own calculations
What's not so great: Can't handle multiple transactions with same or similar names

Finally! Done!

Overall, very happy to be done. I could follow the directions, although some are a bit difficult.
What's great about it: Got it done, although it took a long time!
What's not so great: I wish they would've said what the Standard Deduction is prior to my going through all the itemizing.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This year I did not get prompted for deductions like I have other years.. I recall now, and I know I forgot some but after 3 hours... I am not going back!
What's great about it: auto
What's not so great: searching is more cumbersome

20-year user of Quicken & TurboTax Not Happy

Every year was better than the previous year until this 2015 version of TurboTax.
This version was a step backwards from the previous year. When I needed to update a number that was entered previously - it was quite an ordeal. Also, the dashboard seemed friendlier in the 2014 version.
What's great about it: Same Q and A format and enter
What's not so great: Jumping around and getting clear explanations

Frustration

Program froze frequently. Commonly, if we paused to check info, the program would lock up. We.d have to Control/Alt/Delete to get it going again. Then, it would return us to an earlier page so we had to re enter data.
What's great about it: Instructions are easy to follow.
What's not so great: Freezing
