Wonderful features!! It makes us to understand how does it work to file our own IRS.
What's great about it: Easy to do our own with Quicken

Taxes Made Easy

Turbotax took the sting out of preparing taxes. I would have to hire an expensive CPA to prepare my taxes if it were not for Turbotax! My tax situation is somewhat complicated and Turbotax made my tax preparation affordable and comfortable.
What's great about it: The review questions kept me from missing deductions & helped me to properly file my complicated taxes.
What's not so great: None that I can think of.

Falling short

The way the program is laid out is becoming more confusing each year. I am not sure if this is due to an out of control tax code or a lack of quality control at Intuit. You should test next years program out on actual average tax payers to learn how to reduce their confusion.
What's great about it: Useful resource for those who want to complete their own taxes without paying outside entity
What's not so great: Becoming more confusing and complicated each year, even with the software's interview process

Turbo Tax makes a difficult task do-able!

Although taxes are always nerve-wracking. with Turbo Tax I feel like I have an expert looking over my shoulder making suggestions and correcting things that are off.
What's great about it: It takes the stress away as much as possible
What's not so great: Even with Turbo Tax to help, you still sweat it trying to get everything right.

I needed a phone support to help me out of the glitch, which was asking me for a services payment.

You did it again with ease

This is our 9th year doing our taxes with TurboTax and we find it easy to use, quickly transfers previous year's data and answers questions we may have. No way I would consider using another product.
What's great about it: Easy to understand instructions
What's not so great: Sometimes runs you in circles
