Have been using TurboTax for many years. I would not do my taxes without this product. The guide is very helpful and additional instructional resources expertly prepared and easy to access. It is informative and I very clearly know what to do to file an accurate, complete return
What's great about it: Professional, competent support for filing taxes.
What's not so great: Filing state could be more economical

I've used TurboTax as long as I can remember. I'm always amazed at the ease of preparing our return which includes items other than normal income and expenses. The review process finds check boxes or blanks that should have entries and allows corrections. When I'm done, e-filing makes it so easy to send the return and the choice to credit or debit my checking account is an added advantage.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions
What's not so great: None
Pros: I bought or sold investments

TURBO TAX 2015
on April 8, 2016

I have been using Turbo Tax since before it was Turbo Tax (when it was Shareware and called AccuTax). This is the first year I opted to use the MAC version instead of doing it on Windows and I was more than a little disappointed. The MAC version looks unfinished -- it's not nearly as polished as Windows versions of previous years.
What's great about it: It's user friendly but this year's was not as "polished" as it had been in previous years.
What's not so great: The MAC version is not as good as the Windows version
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax Business and Personal

This version of Turbo Tax is right for a small business or propriotorship. The program is easy to use in line with past version. Turbo Tax is designed to get the best return possible with help available for the harder areas of tax. I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years and will continue to do so in the future.
What's great about it: Great solution for filing my single person LLC and personal filing! The interview format is easy and efficient.
What's not so great: Schedule C Inventroy interview questions are confusing for start ups.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Glad They are Done!

I really like using Turbo Tax, but what I really hate is it tells me it is updated when it is not and then does not let you file. I consider this a huge problem for those who are not computer savvy. Turbo Tax could do a lot better in the Stock section. It is still really hard to figure out what boxes to use to calculate gains and loss. Why not try using layman terms and box #'s to explain what to do. You know write a formula using the box numbers for what people want to do instead of just descriptions.
What's great about it: Not having to pay an accountant
What's not so great: Updates Stink, Stock details lack information
