Was great

An example of answering a question wrong or misunderstanding to question, then I got into a que tha seemed I couldn't get out of. If was over identity theft, which was in 1999, and thought it was about the theft of filing taxes that is going on in 2016
What's great about it: somewhat easy
What's not so great: when you put in a wrong form, hard to get rid of.

Worth the money

Once i canned the first attempt, it was smooth and easy, with many details and explanations that made the whole experience more comprehensible. This is way better than paying an accountant 3x as much, minimum, to sort through the twists and turns.
What's great about it: The guidance through the labyrinth of the IRS was easier this time
What's not so great: TTax duplicated my income the first time, couldn't get rid of it

tax season finished

Turbo tax has wonderful software and makes life simple. Te program does the math so if you have to add, or change things you are not taking all day to fix them. The questions asked are covering more than most people need and explain almost everything as you would expect a great program to do. I look forward to the ease of doing taxes again in 11 months. Thank you Turbotax
