I WOULD DEFINITELY RECCOMEND THIS PROGRAM FOR ANYONE.
What's great about it: VERY THOROUGH. LIKE THE FACT I CAN STOP AND COME BACK TO RESTART AGAIN WHERE I LEFT OFF.
What's not so great: ???
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Eventually reviewed with a CPA and still not certain all state issues were handled satisfactorily as state refund is unusually large. There was a large capital loss carryover that applied and not certain how it was handled by Turbo Tax over the years.
What's great about it: Eventually handled all issues
What's not so great: Did not handle unusual depreciation; definitions of terms not always clear; awkward doing state add and subtract
Pros: I bought or sold investments

TurboTax Home & Business is all I use!

Turbo Tax has been my go-to program for over 20 years and has never caused a problem. Throughout the years, I've reported sole-proprietorships, LLCs, SubS Corporations, and personal returns for myself and other family members. Turbo Tax has handled varied income reporting easily, Carryovers, Depreciation needs, and now, most recently, retirement income. It's Deductible is such a handy tool as well. Turbo Tax is the best.
What's great about it: Covers home sale, 1099 Incomes, Wage, Business Sch C, retirement distributions and more...
What's not so great: Somewhat difficult to do the second state, non-resident forms

Love Turbotax Support

I am a big supporter of Turbotax and have been for many years. When I have had problems, their support people and managers have always been there for me and for hours at a time when needed!
What's great about it: Turbotax is really easy but on top of all that, if you need their support, they are immediate and knowledgeable!
What's not so great: Absolutely no Cons

I have used Turbo Tax for 20+ years and would never use another tax preparation software. Turbotax is the greatest!
What's great about it: Makes the process easy and you have all your past filing information available.
What's not so great: NONE

Window to see tax form, please

Guides through tax preparation very helpfully, seems very accurate. But PLEASE add ability to page through other than next or back, and allow user to see actual forms at will at any time. To avoid mistaken filing, you could have partially filled out forms in red, with DRAFT-INCOMPLETE watermark. But I would like to review each actual form during preparation, not just at the end.
What's great about it: very good and helpful in most ways
What's not so great: cannot page through or see partially-filled forms before final

We have used TurboTax for a number of years. It has been great. The review checks for errors and allows for corrections.
