As usual Turbo just works....

All is the same as before, but printing is somewhat confusing if the user is not familiar on alternate ways to do it (save as pdf and then print the pdf). Perhaps is just me.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Print options are confusing and can only print from PDF copy

So Slow

First you make us upgrade to do simple schedules like C and D, then you make the files so big you can't even save them. Made my older PC crawl. I really liked the product in prior years, but much less so now.
What's great about it: Same good format as prior years
What's not so great: Files are huge, making changing anything very slow
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Good experience, but could have been better

As usual, processing my personal taxes was a breeze. However, processing my 1099-K should have been easier.
This past year, I started driving for Uber on a part time basis. Consequently, I had a 1099-K. However, there was no place to enter my 1099-K information. Instead, I was instructed to upgrade to the business edition where I would receive further instructions. After I upgraded, it was overwhelming. For the past year, I drove for uber on a VERY part time basis. Consequently, all the small business questions (such as accounting methods and depreciation) felt both overwhelming and confusing for what I needed to do.
While the personal section was smooth, the business portion for 1099-K is in dire need of improvement!!
What's great about it: The process was easy and straightforward for personal

Update was horrible

The tax part was fine, but the update download was very bad. It took 2 days of trying to download the update. It would get part way through and then die. Whenever it died it started over from the beginning. During that time I did not have access to the program with my data.
The download quality is not acceptable. You need a good CDN provider for your updates near the end of tax season. You need to checkpoint your download so that several partial downloads can be restarted. I got to 140 of 147 meg, the download crashed and I had to start over from the beginning.
What's great about it: When I could run it, it worked great
What's not so great: It took 2 days to download and update
