Always a treat

Certainly makes my life more pleasant to know I can rely upon TT to completely relieve my filing anxieties. Customer service is also spot on.
What's great about it: GREAT DIRECTIONS...so user friendly.
What's not so great: Didn't provide a " potential audit scale " this year.

Never disappointed with program

I have used TurboTax for years, with the exception of this year (thanks to Uber, not TT) it has been a very simple process to file my taxes.
What's great about it: Easy as 1, 2, 3...
What's not so great: Not the best for 1099 form users
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Tax Software

I fine it very easy to use Turbo tax. I use it to create the 1099 forms for my business and our business and person taxes. It make doing my taxes more enjoyable.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: No Cons

great refund

I've used TurboTax for years - love it! I'm a teacher and a contractor. TurboTax is the only one I've dealt with that understands the goofy system Texas uses for deductions.
TT guides you through step-by-step and if you follow the recommendations you should be good.
The only section that gives me trouble every year is the depreciation on a business vehicle. The examples I've found are limited or I'm not savvy enough. I still haven't figured out what AMT is - ??

Overall, TT is wonderful! It always gets me more money than I'm expecting.

The software is pretty user friendly

It was my first use of this software and it's very user friendly for my business. The section #9 is annoying for my sub contractors and I lost allot of time because it defaults to yes and it should not even be there
What's great about it: It uploads to one drive and the forms are part of the software
What's not so great: the section for #9 is a huge pain on 1099's
