Job Done

I have been using TurboTax for numerous years and would not use any other tax preparation software. Period.
What's great about it: Cuts right to the chase and brings you to the needed forms.
What's not so great: I have not found any.

Printing error on form C- utilities

Your machine printed the wrong figure. You have made a mistake on form C - Utilities. You have $1403 for the amount when it is actually $183. Check the figures as I have $183. for Utilities.
What's great about it: The other items appear to be okay, but the tax refund would be less.
What's not so great: Printing mistake you have made on the figure for Utilities form C

Tax-Timeline Trouble

The product was as great as it was in years past, however I was unable to upgrade in order to get prior returns.
What's great about it: Just as easy to use as ever.
What's not so great: Had trouble upgrading to get prior returns
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall, Turbo Tax has been my choice for 20 years.
What's great about it: Easy, Fast

This is my fifth year using Turbo Tax and it continues to be useful and easy to use. Access to all worksheets does make it easy to review the details.
What's great about it: Easy wizard questions to make sure all is covered
What's not so great: Cost

If there is something you don't understand from the questions, there is a drop-down box with explanations.
What's great about it: interactive questions about every situation
What's not so great: assumes you know something about filing a tax return

2015 TT review

In the past, I could easily save dated files of how far I had progressed. Now it seems that I can only save the one file over and over. Also, the print button only seems to take one to options to print a summary or the whole document. It would be nice to be able to print specific TT windows as I go along. Finally, some of the instructions for forms like K-1 forms are not very clear.
It is a little frustrating to get so many updates through the tax season, and to have to download and install the whole ~150 MB file each time.
Overall, I like TT and will use it again. It is important to me to be able to purchase it on line as my CD drive doesn't work very well. Might you sell it on memory sticks in the future?
What's great about it: Fairly easy to use, and I like the import features.
What's not so great: Couldn't easily save different drafts. Some features hard to find.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have never had problems with Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: I have been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years. The 2015 version is probably the worst I'v used. Keeps locking me out.
