Very good package for the money. It save me over 5000 in just couple hours.
What's great about it: excellent workflow that guide you over all items
What's not so great: sometimes hard to get back to some item during error test checks
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I feel bad not using my CPA friend for my taxes, but with TurboTax, it's so easy! I love how the software remembers your information from previous years, and lets you compare the current year's numbers to last year's.
What's great about it: Walks you through every step

I've used turbotax for several years after owning my own tax business for 10 years (using the professional version that Intuit makes), so this version was very familiar. Went straight to the forms method at first, but out of curiosity I tried the interview method. I will say that I am impressed. The program asked all the right questions and had explanations available when I felt I needed a little more info.
What's great about it: The step by step interview method made sure that everything was covered in the right order.

Recommend turbo tax. Have used it for years.
Only issue is with payments. Federal taxes can be paid with CC. My State does not except this. Had I known I was going to pay State via direct or mail a check I could have avoided a fee for the third party usage.

Took Less time than I thought

Since this is the last year for Windows XP, I will be sad. However this means that I get a new laptop for next year! This year, it did not take me as much time to enter my farms data as well as personal since we can pull the W-2 info from the internet. I was only able to do one, but that was ok. Really do love the app.

Product continues to get the job done. It seems like there are constant updates to the product, which makes me nervous if I prepare my taxes early to file. The help function seems less informative than in years past as well.
What's great about it: Gets the Job Done
What's not so great: ASeems like forever to boot up

Good, but hard to return to edit information

Had problems returning to a specific block in the Q&A session to edit information. The questions kept jumping past the data entry point. Had go to the Forms mode to edit.
What's great about it: Asks all the right querstions
What's not so great: Hard to return to a specific block if you need to edit the information.
