TURBOTAX Making it EASY!

Just the best experience one can ask for. You have to gather all your data anyway if you give it to someone else to do, so you may as well do it yourself, and with the Audit Defense offered, you can rest assured you will be represented in case you or the software made an unintentional error.
What's great about it: Easy to understand
What's not so great: NONE!

Good But Still Room for Improvements

The Schedule C (Business) and Schedule A inter-related items are not very transparent. It would be nice to see something that shows clearly how insurance and vehicle expenses are split between these schedules where applicable. I just spent an hour making sure that things that could not be on C got moved to A. They did, but it is hard to see that without a reconciliation
What's great about it: Great at maximizing refunds especially if you go through all questions
What's not so great: Schedule C / Schedule A needs clearer connection

Pretty Easy Tax Prep

I have used TurboTax for years. It is easy to set up and then especially easy to continue from year to year, with comparisons of present year with previous year tax info. I highly recommend TurboTax for home & business!

Easy Peasy

I've been using TurboTax for around twenty years. I like the product. There were a few years that were sketchy, but even then I had no real problems with my returns. The product does a great job and, as long as you have your paperwork in order, it's a fairly quick procedure. I recommend it to my family and friends all the time.
What's great about it: Quick/Frustration Free/Simple

Catches every deduction!

With having a variety of tax situations, turbotax walks me through all the situations so that I can feel comfortable doing my taxes on my own.
What's great about it: Walks me through every step of filing my taxes.
What's not so great: Don't know of anything I don't like.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
