quite a number of sections and screens need more friendly wording. e.g. as basic as question marks are needed for questions. But users do not always know what is going on....... for example sometimes more supportive dialog boxes would be helpful.
What's great about it: successful tax filing
What's not so great: you need to hire a UI/UX expert

I was not able to print State Return, Big problem.

Turbo Tax is Great

I love how you can go through the program and pick only the areas you want to focus on. If you miss some, then the program will take you back when it checks for errors. Excellent program.
What's great about it: Ease of use, updates, Tax Laws

What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions
What's not so great: Only one minor difficulty this year. It was difficult to enter Roth IRA information and determine contricution amount.

Very good program

Overall a very good program - generally easy to use and relatively straightforward - well as sraightforword as it can be given the complexities of the tax code. Still there are some minor issues - it is very easy to skip a section such as adding your HSA to your California state taxes (sigh!) . Also be prepared for the ridiculous question from nowhere - this year I got 2 - I was asked to provide an explanation for Form "1116 Sc 3 Ln 3A" and Ln 3B - since I hadn't filled out the form I had no explanation.
What's great about it: Easy to use; generally clear about complex matters
What's not so great: It is VERY EASY to "forget"to fill a section out.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Quick and easy

Well laid out return format. Importing data is simple and quick. Final information and refund to be sent is protected. Highly recommend TurboTax for everyone.

What's not so great: Many areas that do not pertain to most tax payers

Error Checking

It would be nice to be able to access each Tax Form when you prompt me with possible errors. Correcting them sometimes takes careful time-consuming hunting.
What's great about it: You ask about specific line entries.
What's not so great: You don't show the page or Form which holds the line.
