Fell on your face this year

Turbo Tax took what the MN legislature did and made it even it worse by their confused handling of the M1NC form. You cost me many more hours trying to understand what I needed to do and in the end you dropped the ball and I had to turn to a tax professional and pay them money to figure this mess out. At the very least you owe me a refund!

Finally finished

Though filing can be intimidating, I have some degree of confidence that all areas are covered and feel like return is as complete as if a tax preparer had completed it. Maybe better as I know my #'s better.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and enter needed information, move back and forth through sections.
What's not so great: Not always sure what sections do and do not apply to my return

Had problems with the filing, although the entry part of the software has improved.
Fortunately, friendly support people helped move things along. Would have liked it to have filed without this extra step!

Easier this year

I've used Turbo Tax for years. This year everything was easier than in the past. I'm happy with that.
What's great about it: Helped me discover deductions that I wasn't aware of. Saved $1000 at least.
What's not so great: Nickname choice should be easier on this survey.

Business and personal is better than other version

Consistent year to year and a time saver.
What's great about it: COvers everything and is easy to understand
What's not so great: Drop down menus are some times not readable
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

One of the best products out there.

I've used TurboTax for years and only once did it fail us when their site crashed and destroyed our return. That was 8 years ago and everything else has been very good before and since. Always print BEFORE you e-file, no matter whose service you use!! That's the only thing that saved us from having to start over from square one that year.
P.S. It's sometimes difficult to find answers in the forums and sometimes responders can be abrupt, whether they're "official" or not.
What's great about it: Step-by-step instructions keep you from missing items
What's not so great: Schedule C missing an instruction for EOY inventory - may be Feds' fault

Super Easy!!

TurboTax makes it so easy to file our taxes without having to pay an expensive accountant. It's a good process to go through because we know exactly where we stand with our tax liability in addition to other deductions we may not have thought to take.
What's great about it: Well thought out program and very easy to use
What's not so great: none that I can see
