Great product. I have used for several years now and will continue.
What's great about it: I like that the previous year's information is available for comparison.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

keep up the good work. this makes a very laborious task more palatable!
What's great about it: easy yet thorough! Felt like ALL was covered well!
What's not so great: would like ability to print items throughout process.

New Experience

It appears that filing of taxes becomes more complicated each year. I have reached the point of trusting TurboTax to find the right solutions to the data which I input. Annual purchase of the Audiot Defense Program adds additional and necessary insurance.
What's great about it: More trust in Program
What's not so great: A bit more difficult to find help

Very Frustrating

The system froze up every time I tried to pay for filing the state return. Help section was useless for this issue. I looked online, and many people were having the same problem. There was one response from TT which said to clear the browser cache. That did not solve the issue. I finally found another TT response from last year which said that the system was busy, and to just try again. Eventually, after numerous attempts, I was able to get the returns filed. Then when I tried to print the returns, the program froze again, repeatedly. I was eventually able to print by using the Print entry under the File menu.
What's great about it: Easy data entry
What's not so great: Frustrating difficulties when filing or printing returns.

Disappointed customer

1. This year I was very disappointed when I went to print documents to file and save. It would not print all. It would only print current individual pages! It took hours to print everything I wanted.
2. Very disappointed that I had to buy home and business instead of turbo tax deluxe and cost two times as much! Used turbo tax deluxe for years and don't understand why you had to change this for a small farm business.
3. It is disappointing that you have to pay for the online State filing! I would like to file Fed and State online without any cost. I rather mail both if I have to pay a ridiculous price for State E-filing..

I am finding it much easier after I have done this a couple of times. However if you key in 0.00 it should tell you right away that if it is less than 1.00 leave blank. Instead of waiting until the very end when you are ready to transmit.

Tax Prep Perfection!

Every year, I absolutely dread Tax time, but TurboTax really has become turnkey. I did not have one error/question/issue this year. And got a refund for the first time in years!
