very dificult to use.

I am very disappointed with turbo tax this year. I have been using this software for several years, & this is the first year I had a very difficult time filing. It is no longer user friendly. I will be considering another software for next year, that's how difficult this was this year.

Stess Relief

Tax time is usually very stressful. With Turbo Tax, I was able to get through the whole process easily and thoroughly. I don't have to worry if I did anything wrong or left anything out.. Turbo Tax makes sure everything is correct and complete before filing. Thank You, Turbo Tax
What's great about it: Walked through the whole process one step at a time. Nothing got overlooked

It took me much longer to do than I expected...especially buying the update, then buying the state filing fee, then filing for the IRS code number. Wish this was all included.
What's great about it: Pretty easy to follow.
What's not so great: Couldn't figure out that I needed updates without calling a friend. That needs to be an instruction step.

2015 Is My Best Experience Yet!

This year's tax filing process is greatly improved from previous years. My comments:
1) The charitable donations section didn't force me to link to another application since its now integrated -- thank you!
2) The hints for each item are also improved but could be tweaked some more with more in-depth explanation (i.e. maybe with links to the IRS site).
3) The Business expenses section is quite comprehensive but should include warnings if it triggers the Audit Meter. I'd rather know earlier (especially if my documentation is skimpy) rather than at the end.
4) Lastly: all errors should be "fixed" BEFORE I can be allowed to start the filing process. The "validation" step in the filing section caught 2 errors that I had to correct -- AFTER I had printed (what I thought was) the final version of the returns! Annoying.

What's great about it: The flow of questions and helpful hints were improved for this year's version of the software.
What's not so great: The final verification before transmission to the IRS and State revealed a last minute issue -- which should be avoided

Fast and easy

TurboTax allowed me to file my taxes on my own for the first time. As a recent graduate with my first real job, I was nervous about having everything in order for filing my taxes. However, TurboTax made the process so simple and straight-forward. I don't what I would've done without it!
What's great about it: Simple, clean, reliable
What's not so great: None!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

What's great about it: HELP VIDEOS ARE AWESOME, VERY EASY TO USE, NOT SUPER EXPENSIVE AT COSTCO, AN EXCELLENT SOURCE FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS
