Always easy and quick

I use MYOB / AccountEdge and would be nice to be able to import from that. But, the other import options especially with investment accounts is helpful.
What's great about it: Detailed Walkthroughs
What's not so great: Sometimes a bit repetitive when it comes to Schedule C and 1099s when you have royalty income

What's great about it: The first year using Turbo Tax you have to enter all your data, but every year after, it's so fast and easy!
What's not so great: A bit expensive, but a very, very good product.

Overall positive review. Critiques would be (1) in the program's handling of foreign taxes paid when 1099s indicate several specific countries are involved (could be improved), especially with corporate inversions becoming more popular, and (2) handling K-1 partnership info when supplemental breakdowns are required could also be improved - currently have to create dummy forms which you have to search to learn about.
What's great about it: Very easy to use for the most part
What's not so great: Handlling of K-1 partnership info and foreign tax credit (Form 1116) could be improved

this is our 6th year with Turbotax, your program is great! You walk me through everything & if I have a question, the support staff is great!
What's great about it: customer service is great!
What's not so great: self help a little obtuse
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Quick and Easy Filing Tax Return

Turbo Tax is easy to use. Have all the necessary docs and answer all questions, and your tax return is done and correct. The State return is also included.

For years and years I have used Turbo Tax...... Never will I use any other way to file my taxes.

Loved working with Turbo Tax. I feel confident my returns are correct.
What's great about it: Went through every thing step by step
What's not so great: There were a couple of instances that I didn't know what they were asking for and a couple of glitches that I could not
