Really easy

Took me through the steps, but also allowed me to select specific areas to work on. It was really easy to navigate and the error checking was great. I've personally used Turbotax for years and recommend it to all my clients.
I have great confidence in the accuracy and completeness of my returns.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Very comprehensive.

Refund Time!

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years. I have had no issues at all with the product. It makes doing my taxes enjoyable and not a burden. I use the Home and Business program and it is great.
What's great about it: This program is so easy and thorough. It covers everything.
What's not so great: The need to keep updating.

printing return

The return, while easy to prepare, would not print out. Your "print" app is incredibly confusing and doesn't work. Previously returns done on TurboTax were easy to print. Also, there is no phone number to call for problems. I am a long time user of TurboTax, but if you don't simplify printing a completed return this could be the last year I use TurboTax
