Once again, TT has made it easy to get a difficult and confusing process completed in an efficient, timely manner. Makes what can be a stressful process, less stressful.
What's great about it: Easy to use and follow along. Asks easy to understand questions with excellent explanation help in my problem areas.
What's not so great: None really

Some yes/no questions after answering are not marked immediately and they create errors at the end. Also, some fields to mark are very close to each other, and are easy to either missed or checked by mistake.
I have been using Turbo Tax for years! I see the improvements every year. Overall, good and bearable experience; keep making this experience as pain free as possible. After all, we are talking about taxes!
What's great about it: easy to follow from window to window
What's not so great: some items and explanation not so clear

Turbo Tax 25015

Turbo tax made filing fairly simple. It would have been more helpful if they had a sample version of the forms that could be viewed with indicators of which boxes contain the data to be entered into Turbo Tax. Overall it is a good tax software.
What's great about it: In general it was easy to enter the required tax information
What's not so great: I had a 1000B form and it took some time to figure out how to enter the information into Turbo Tax.

All and all makes the process okay, the biggest task is gathering the data, you can not help that.

The help section didn't help me resolve how to download updates. It took numerous trail and error manipulations to be able to download updates
What's great about it: download w-2,1099's,etc feature
What's not so great: a problem with energy credit carryoversand ability to download updatesHonolulu, Hi
