Work Well with one exception

Worked well for sole proprietorship plus individual with exception of Wis municipal bond interest.
What's great about it: Easy to fill out forms and follow step by step
What's not so great: Assumes any Wis municipal bond interest is tax except for Wis, which is not the case

Best Tax software I have ever used

I have used TurboTax for many many years and I have never had any issues with my returns. I have found deductions that I did not know about and TurboTax has walked me through everything. Filing your returns could not be any easier. I file the Federal and State return together so that I know everything has been taken care of. If I have any questions the built in Help files are amazing and easy to use. If that does not fully answer my question I can send the question off to a team of experts to see if they can help. I love using TurboTax and would never change to anything else.
What's great about it: Easy to use, walks you through the steps, has excellent help files, finds ded=utions you may have overlooked
What's not so great: None that I can think of. I have used it for many years.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Download Repetition Annoying

The download process means that I have to make and drink two cups of coffee before I can start working on the file. They need to make the install stick once you save the file; ridiculous to have to do it over and over and over....
What's great about it: Explanations are good
What's not so great: Have to download 147MB update every time I sign on, even if only 2 days apart

same clunky software

Really? I expected it would be easier to navigat ethis year- If I have to change something, I go back or forward through ENDLESS screens.... Why don't you make EACH and EVERY possible screen collapsible from the left side of the screen? Example: If I wanted to go back and change an item for a deduction for business asset, I should be able to quickly and easily find it, three or four levels down. I understand the software is dumbed down to make it easy, but how about two modes- easy, and detailed? Also, every year- I run error check, and it asks me to re-enter employer name, address, city state, and never says which employer- the one stated on my W2 (which was entered already correctly, I double checked that), or for home business?
What's great about it: Easy, kind of.
What's not so great: VERY poor navigation, multiple places to enter info
