Excellent Product!

This is exactly what you need to complete and file your own taxes. Using easy to understand, step-by-step questions, you understand exactly how to file your taxes. If you keep good records throughout the year on Quicken, Turbo Tax will get you through tax filing quickly, simply, and with the largest refund possible.
What's great about it: Easy to follow. Excellent questions to help you determine your taxes.
What's not so great: You do have to keep good records throughout the year, but as long as you do that...it's a breeze!

It's the fastest, easiest way to get your return. I've been using this product for years. It explains in plain language what is going on and helps you every step of the way. I recommend it to all of my friends every year. I'm constantly impressed.

IVE PURCHASED TURBO TAX SINCE 2008 AND I JUST LOVE THIS PRODUCT. MY HUSBAND AND I OWN OUR OWN BUSINESS SO IT SAVES US A TON OF MONEY BECAUSE WE DONT HAVE TO PAY AN ACCOUNTANT OR TAX PROFESSIONAL. ITS SO EASY TO USE IT ASKS ALL THE QUESTIONS ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS ANSWER THEM. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE WHO OWNS THEIR OWN BUSINESS.

turbo tax didn't even answer the simplest of questions. Even after I used the help function I still didn't know what to do. It's more money to buy the product and less support. I am very disappointed.

This year I found that the updates to Turbo Tax to be excellent. The walk through was quick and not laborious. I have been using Turbo Tax since 1997 and this one has been the easiest.

Easy to use, great questions leading to assured answers.
What's great about it: MN tax software was up to date and all my proofs (1099) accepted, easy to organize my medical expenses to fit software
What's not so great: gave me an ok of state entries before I actually worked through the software, a bit misleading

w-2 and w-3 done with ease

This helped me discover an error with totals entered on w-2's versus what was actually submitted on form 941 quarterly reports. Thrilled Turbo tax reconciles these 2 reports for correct totals BEFORE submission to IRS and SSA. Thanks! I'm happy! No errors----NO IRS hassle!!!!
