Could be better

Turbotax would be better if it took me back to the point I left it the last time since it takes several days to complete my return. Every time I save the file then come back to it another day Turbotax starts at the beginning of the section such as business or personal, but would be better if it took me back to the screen I left off of the last time. Plus by starting at the beginning of the section, sometimes I have to repeat some entries because Turbotax does not seem to save all the information when I have already entered it. This makes it even more confusing to remember where I stopped the last time. I have to make several notes on a scratch pad to help me remember where I was and then sometimes I have to go through several screens and questions to get back there which means I have to re-enter some things that I have already done. Also, I finished my return, reviewed and error check it then told it to print. I did not print. I have to go to the pdf file and print it there. Turbotax used to be easier to use. Now it is not so "user friendly"
What's great about it: Knows what to ask and what forms to use
What's not so great: Confusing the way it words some questions and does not print easily

What's great about it: Complete, easy to use, options to look at forms and sources
What's not so great: Fed allows direct access to specific sections; State not as much, need to go through more dialog to find items.

Clean and Concise This Year

I've used Home and Business for more than 20 years. This year was a better one. Simple process to get what you need to answer. Some of the questions on Schedule C... don't change from "Start" to "Updated" even have to you answer them. And if i have to pay for a state program ... Why do i have to pay to file also ???
What's great about it: Not a lot of extra questions or extra pictures of people telling you things you can read.
What's not so great: On a Mac ... couldn't get back to the last question I just answered. Had to go back to each beginning.:(

Better than last year, but still does not find duplicate entries.
What's great about it: Detailed progressiom of taxes
What's not so great: Caused circular progression if it did not like answer

TurboTax has improved very nicely each year !

I have used TurboTax for the last 10 years, and have advised many friends to do the same. Each and every friend has thanked me since they are as pleased as I at the ease of answering the questions in each category in the program.
What's great about it: Informed Answers to my questions each time.
What's not so great: None now!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Best Decision for the past 4 years

This is a real time saver for me, plus I feel more secure with the accuracy of my filing. The TurboTax Audit worked very well for me in 2013!
What's great about it: Excellent step by step walkthru for me, can stop and review or return . all fit perfectly with your time and availabilit
What's not so great: None at this time, prior to turbo, it was manual for me
