Worst TurboTax Ever

I've been using TurboTax for the last 15 or more years. I had more problems this year than ever before.
Example: It took me an hour and 15 minutes to e-file
I'm not sure if I will ever use TurboTax again.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Easy enough

It took me awhile to complete, but that was mainly because this was the first time I had business deductions. It will go faster next year.
What's great about it: Step by step walk through of instructions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy and throrough

I really love being able to see the worksheets so I can understand how things are being computed. I don't know how anyone could do their taxes without this software.
What's great about it: Great for all the new situations
What's not so great: hard to get back to a specific question without redoing a whole section

This year's was not as intuitive as previous years.
What's great about it: Easy to Follow
What's not so great: Business home office % clculations for in home daycare was hard to find

Relaively complex return

Due to life changes this past year my return got far more complex. Though it took extra time, I was able to navigate the required forms through TurboTax.
What's great about it: Plenty of help available

Impossible Otherwise

Running a business out of my home, I could not do my federal tax alone without TurboTax, period. Otherwise, I would spend a lot more money on a private CPA. I know. I have.
What's great about it: Schedule C prep
What's not so great: Bond Premium Amortization

Great Product

I could not have done my taxes myself without Turbotax. I own a small business and have reantal property so my taxes are a bit more complex than normal.
What's great about it: Allows you to enter information both prompted or on my own.
