I've been using Turbo Tax for 20 years and it keeps getting better and better!
What's great about it: Very thorough and easy to use!

Overall it is a very good product. Just a little time consuming, when you answer a question and then a piece of that question comes up later on and you have to go back and find where you answered it the first time and deduct it from the first answer and add it to the second question. But, can't be too bad or I wouldn't use it every year. Is getting better each year.
What's great about it: asks questions, all I have to do is answer
What's not so great: don't like the way some things are seperated- like ink or postage from office supplies.

I used to prepare my own taxes years ago, but then with the tax law changes and additional items like retirement, student loan interest, business expenses, etc. I have used a preparer for over 10 years now. It was difficult scheduling a time to meet with my preparer this year, so took a chance on Turbo Tax and it was a very good experience. Took me a few days as I worked on it as I had time and had a lot of documents to use.
Will use again. Hoping the refund gets back to me quickly with no difficulty.

What's great about it: The sequential flow of the program
What's not so great: When I got stuck on a business expense, I had difficulty figuring out the error.

Very Easy

I have used Turbo Tax for years. I own 2 businesses and rental property and it walks me thru it step by step not to forget anything.

Requirement of both husband and spouse requirement of pin numbers. Not understandable about requiring both pin numbers. Did it anyway.
What's great about it: Almost all of the Program
What's not so great: Pin # was confusing

I like the Home and Business to see where I can maximize my return.....
What's great about it: Guide me steps are good
What's not so great: Errors section takes you right to the tax form, instead of taking you to the guide me section of error...

Another easy return

Worked again just fine this year. Over 10 years using Turbotax now and I really appreciate the fact that all my history is in the Turbotax files.
What's great about it: worked just fine. asked just the right questions
What's not so great: seemed to hang a couple of times on calculations.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

It does what it is supose to do. From basic returns to rather complex.
What's great about it: Probably as easy as it can be.
What's not so great: It would be nice to have a simple command to Email your return.
