Getting Worse every year

I have been using Turbo Tax for at least 20 years+ but your program appears to get less user friendly each year. I remember when you only allowed 1 return to be used on each DVD or download. When your client base responded negatively you change that function. Now there are issues with data input, printing the forms needed, etc. It is just getting less user friendly and I think that this year is the worst.
What's great about it: convient
What's not so great: Program more difficult to work with

Excellent telephone support

There was an issue I did not understand related to foreign taxes. Telephone support with remote screen viewing found the information and solved my issue.

TurboTax has helped me for at least 10 years, and possibly many more. My memory is not that good. Everyone should use it every year.

Easy peasy

I have saved a ton of money in the past three years using this tax software. I have worked with the IRS individually to correct my tax situation and have actually fared better by not having to pay others more than $300 to prepare a very simple tax form. Good investment!
What's great about it: Optional walk through
What's not so great: None this year

THANKS FOR MAKING IT SO EASY!

AFTER PAYING PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTANTS OVER $700 EACH YEAR AND STILL FINDING ERRORS THEY DIDN'T CATCH, i SWITCHED TO TURBOTAX SEVERAL YEARS AGO AND HAVE BEEN PLEASED WITH THE EASE OF USE, COMPREHENSIVENESS, AND ACCURACY OF THE PROCESS, NOT PAINLESS, BUT PROBABLY AS CLOSE AS YOU CAN GET WITH TAXES.
What's great about it: STRAIGHT-FORWARD EASY TO FOLLOW STEPS AND DATA ENTRY
What's not so great: SINCE MANY ITEMS DON'T APPLY TO US, IT IS ANNOYING TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH A LOT OF USELESS SCREENS, BUT NECESSARY i GUESS

2016 TurboTax

I have enjoyed the use of Turbotax for a number of years. But in the last two years I have encountered navigation and ease of use issues that should not be present in a mature product.
This year my issue is with the input section of the Sales Tax data input to insert unusual high ticket purchases that need to be considered estimating the sales tax allowance. Specifically,:
1. The input descriptors are not clear.
2. The process of providing the purchase amount, the sales tax paid and the % tax should be straightforward.

TT provided the input table but the input was troublesome in that my purchase amount and the entered sales tax did not fit with a previously entered but corrected inaccurate sales per centage.
What's great about it: Comprehensive solution to tax filing
What's not so great: Navigation was troublesome on Sales Tax input.

Some areas confusing

Some areas could use work, such as home office expenses. It is never clear where mortgage expense is considered. The program should allow you plug in your mortgage interest on Schedule A and the deal with issue under home office expenses without having to think about where it gets enter. It simply isn't clear.
