2015 taxes completed with confidence!

I have used TurboTax for 5+ years, and while tax season is never "fun," I look forward to using TurboTax to confidently and accurately prepare and file my federal and state tax returns. This year, like most, it takes me a few days to finish, so it is very convenient to save my work and have TurboTax offer to return me to where I left off when I open up the return again. Thank you for helping me file for 2015! I will be using TurboTax again for my 2016 returns.
What's great about it: choice to be guided or select what to do, clear questions and explanations, takes the worry out of filing, value priced
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

2013 Home and Business

I was 6 years behind in filing both S Corp and personal returns. My husband had always done them, is now ill and cannot. I had no clue how to file, but TurboTax saved my life. I had to phone support a couple of times, and they stayed on the phone with me - in 2 cases for HOURS - and helped me straighten out things like depreciation, which I have no idea how it even works. TurboTax RULES.
What's great about it: Could not possibly file without TurboTax
What's not so great: complex, but necessary

Its an easy process for me and I have the flexibility to take my time.

I would like to be able to have the option to save my return online somehow. I use the Home and Business addition with farming and I see that there is come con's regarding forms. I seem to crash computer a lot and loose my information and have to rebuild and recreate it . If this is an option, please let me know. Thank you. I have purchased TurboTax since 1994.

Consistently Easy

Once again I was able to quickly complete my return using the Home and Business version. I do find it a little more difficult to find tips and instructions. I had to use external sources to clarify some entries. I do miss the videos from way back when!
What's great about it: Able to handle my moderately complicated return
What's not so great: Not as easy to find useful tips and instructions comoared to prior versios

I like being able to get my 1099s out and to my contractors.
I do wish finding my state ID number would have been an easy task. I saw by the help questions I was not the only having trouble, but the answers given did not help either.

User Friendly Tax Software

I have been using Turbo Tax to prepare my taxes for at least 8 years and have never had a problem using the software or filing my taxes.
What's great about it: User Friendly

Overall I could never do my own taxes without Turbo Tax to help. I've been using it for at least 7 or 8 years.
What's great about it: love getting walked through all the areas
What's not so great: couldn't figure out where to enter scholarships and grants from the 1098-T form.
