I had a terrible time with the first Tax Return this year.
Forms not finalized etc.
If it is too early. Don't let people access this until they are.

Turbo Charging Fees!!!

I am only amending my 2013 Tax returns as instructed by my lawyer. I basically deleted information off of my spouse and added it to mine. It took me longer to get the previous tax return uploaded than it did to actually correct the information. But I was charged almost DOUBLE what I would be charged in order to do my 2015 tax return. That's just down right ridiculous! You have no idea how many people in my small community that I have helped sign up for turbo tax filing in the past few years. I think that I should be given referral fee or something instead of being charge for amending my taxes. Hope this gets fixed soon! Never ever had a complaint until now!
What's great about it: None
What's not so great: Beginning instructions do not work correctly nor do they upload tax info

I have used Turbo tax for a number of years and have had know problem. I would recommend it to anyone.
What's great about it: soft ware is easy to operate!

TurboTax is simple to use and straight to the point. I like to file and handle my own taxes every year with Turbo Tax.

Check website carefully if you own small business.

I had a schedule C and I don't like that you cannot see the depreciation set up as it is entered. I also don't like entering this info in the other miscellaneous items - I am a retired tax preparer
