Only One Panic

Without TurboTax, filing via stubby pencil would be absolutely impossible. I did have to search around to find what to do with a 1099-Q for a 529 account and I finally figured out how to file my state returns a day after my Federal return. Again, though, without TurboTax, manual completion would be impossible, and I feel confident that Turbo Tax can do as good a job as a tax-preparation firm.
What's great about it: With two exceptions, easily guided me through the various forms.
What's not so great: hard to find what to do with a 1099-Q and to file Fed one day; states the next.

Using turbo tax has simplified the process without leaving home. Its extremely important to utilize the help box for questions during preparations.
What's great about it: Enters all your previous filings and simply walks you through all the steps
What's not so great: Knowing which version of tubo tax to use

Turbo Tax User Report

I have used Turbo Tax Since 1986-1987, long before Intuit purchased the company. I have used Turbo Tax for 29 years. It is ny far the best product for Tax Preparation
What's great about it: absolutely needed to compile my Tax Return
What's not so great: Turbo Tax was seamless as I completed my Tax Return

Another year using Turbotax

I have been a long time user of these products and so far I have totally satisfied. I never like paying the filing fee for the state e-file, but it's a quick way to get it done.
What's great about it: Ease of use.
What's not so great: Foreign taxes were not easy for me.
