good but not great

What's great about it: download of investment info from investment company and concise questions and help info when needed
What's not so great: Terrible experience with City tax information - very convoluted and software never could get it right.

this is the way I have been filing our taxes for the last 8 years, i dont want to try other ways, this is the easiest one.

TurboTax offers umbrella protection from IRS audit for any errors.
What's great about it: TurboTax is absolutely Great.

Easy to use but some features changed

Very easy starting with loading last year makes it much faster and lets you verify all your div/int income AND deductions.
I needed to change my Estimated tax amounts since I got back too much federal and owed state. It was not too hard for state but federal was really difficult.
Last year 1099-misc for our business was reported in personal income but this year under business. it still reported but looks different in personal income.
What's great about it: Easy Step by step and loading last yr. really helps
What's not so great: The Estimated tax form input were hard to find & 1099-misc chng
