Overall awesome product. I wish there was an easier way to get an electronic signing PIN.
What's great about it: Easy to understand, fast
What's not so great: e-filing Pin is hard to understand

when I was doing my scheduled C it only ask for the cost of goods and not the gross receipts like in previous years, so I don't know if my taxes are right or not, also when doing student loans it came to a point when after answering a question it just started spinning and it took me no where, at which point I had to quit Turbo tax and re start for it to work, frustrating!!
What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: takes to long when it seems to be spinning

IN AUDIT SERVICES OFFER SECTION WHEN YOU PRESS THE CONTINUE BUTTON IS SAYS CALCULATING AND DOES NOT STOP AND LOCKS YOU FROM MOVING FORWARD OR BACK AND FORCES YOU TO QUIT TURBO TAX TO STOP THE SYSTEM FROM BEING FROZEN.
IN FILING SECTION IT ASKS TO PRINT A STATE COPY FOR A STATE THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE TAX RETURN WORKED ON.
OTHER BUGS WITH SUPPORT DOCUMENTS
What's great about it: TRANSFER FROM LAST YEAR & SUPPORT DOCUMENTS WHEN THEY WORK.
What's not so great: ERRORS IN SOFTWARE - SEE BELOW

Got a good refund

Turbo Tax took care of most of my issues from complicated investments to dedtailed charity deductions with ease.
But when it came to depreciting a vehicle that was disposed of that was used for business, I had to look in lots of different places to get the answers.

Would still recommend. Easy to use.
What's great about it: very good at business,charity,investment deductions
What's not so great: not so good at depreciation for business
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Ive used your program more than 20 years and have never had "locking-up" problems before.
The way TT handles Form 8615 is not good. TT assumes the $s you load onto the form don't qualify.
What's not so great: Program kept locking up. Once it dumped all my work. Closing program completely was best way to unlock it.

Been using the program for so many years I don't remember when I did my first return with it. Never had an audit, or even a question from the IRS!
