Easy as pie

It was very thorough, and stepped me through the process step by step. The additional help buttons were very useful as well.
What's great about it: very easy

Did not question deduction

The program ran well on my IMac until when my wife discovered that I had entered Long term Care Insurance premium as a Farm and also as a Medical expense. This was after the error check had been run.
Then to make things worse the program decided lock up and not complete its normal calculation when moving between elements.

It all makes me wonder what else was not picked up.
What's great about it: Smooth flow for entering.
What's not so great: Did not question the fact that I entered Long Term Care Insurance as both a business expense and a medical expense.

Very user-friendly software

Thanks for this great tax software. It made business filing so much easier. The instructions were very clear therefore following them was easy. It was not very intimidating at all, and that saved me from having to go to a certified tax preparer.
I will be using the Home and Business version again next year.

I appreciated the walk through the process. Making an error on my filing is my biggest nightmare and Turbo Tax eliminates that worry.

Great Experience

I've used TurboTax for as long as it has been available so this will show how much I like it. Used Lacerte for Corp & Partnership returns . I have encouraged others to try TurboTax and even let them watch while I prepared a return which did the trick to convert them to self preparing instead of to a preparer.

Found some difficulty when I reported I gave a car as a gift to a relative in the middle of the year. Finally figured out after answering several questions.
What's great about it: Prompt for entry is easy to understand
What's not so great: Trying to go back to records several years back is not easy.
