What's great about it: It is becoming easier
What's not so great: It is not intuitive. Additionally, some of the "additional concerns" of security intrusions were so difficult to note,

Easy to use

I am very pleased again this year with TurboTax. I have used it for many years now and every year they improve it and make it even more useful. Keep it up TurboTax, I will see you in November.

No problems except that if I could import from Quickbooks would be easier
What's great about it: Was able to submit my personal and small business
What's not so great: Need to be able to import data from Quick books

Continued Excellence

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years, with exceptional results. This is measured by the lack of inquiries from IRS regarding any information filed, and speedy rebate receipts. My confidence in TT's accuracy, thoroughness and ease of completion continues to grow. It sure beats trying to second guess the idiocy of all the rules necessary for filing. Thanks Turbo Tax and keep up the good work.
What's great about it: Fast, current requirements ever ready, easily completed

Determine How Much I Owe!

Overall, the Turbo helped me to save my time a lot. I was not stressful at all when I used it. When I did not have enough time to finish it in one day, it saved it automatically all of my work for the next time when I returned to work on it again. That is great for me! Thanks to the Turbo software.
What's great about it: It gave me tips every step to finish my return.
What's not so great: I hope that it will work for my MAC again.

buggy

well, turbo tax still does what it's always done: make tax filing easier. but now, i have to purchase a much more expensive version to do the same thing i did with the cheaper "deluxe" for many years. it would have been nice to not have the much more expensive option repeatedly freeze up, and come back with "errors" i had to fix without any explanation. at multiple points, i had to force the program to shut down because it froze up. at least the auto save feature worked, and i didn't lose anything. next year, i'll be trying another product.
What's great about it: compiles a lot for you, leads you through difficult processes
What's not so great: really buggy, much more expensive

Pretty Much as Expected

I've reluctantly used TurboTax for years. I have tried others but this is the lessor of the evils. If I go back and make changes sometimes they don't really change completely. These don't show up until the review. If I deleted an item or changed the dollar amount it may still show up incorrectly during the review. Each year is different. This year I had a 1099-MISC for show up as business related; it wasn't. I then tried to delete it but the best I could do is put in 0$. It showed up again during the review and all I could do is put in "0" or bogus info. to get to the end.
Also where to enter Cost of Goods sold for my business is very confusing. Last year I just made it another line item this year I ended up asking the question from the TurboTax "community". The answer I got was correct but I would have never figured it out on my own. I had to check the "I have inventory" box to get the the right screen. Since I never have any remaining inventory this was confusing.
I think next year I'll break down and hire a real accountant to do my taxes.
Now I can't even get this review published until I put in a nickname no one else has; this will take a while.

Entered my own info and then went back and followed the Step-by-step. Had a problem with entering Stock info, but your tax man helped. Could use a Index or search box in addition to list of forms. Format is good. Keep up the good work.
