Needs Much Improvement

TurboTax Home & Business CD/DVD
This software does not provide for easy navigation. The Flags do not lead back to a specific page or entry, just the beginning of a section. You cannot search for a topic or entry to find where you need to work or return to modify entry.
Every time I review a section, I find that many of my answer selections are missing. This is very disconcerting.
Search for help just links to the practically worthless AnswerXchange website, where the entered question isn't even transferred/populated. It therefore has to be typed again. There is no easy way to get help. Even though it is touted that there is Tech support available by phone, the telephone number is not listed in the software. This telephone support is only available during limited business hours (not helpful for working folks). And there is no email address to send questions.
Please improve these areas and others. Don’t just make it different or flashy, but better. Real functionality is far more than visual appeal!
I have been using TurboTax since the 1990s and I do not want to move to other software, but issues like these make me contemplate trying something else/better.

2015 TAX RETURN ISSUES

ONE TAX RETURN I WANTED TO CHECK DID NOT HAVE A PDF AND I DID NOT HAVE THE CD FOR THAT YEAR ON THIS LAPTOP DUE TO HD CRASH ON LAPTOP WITH THAT YEAR TT PROGRAM. tTT CD WAS IN MOSCOW AND I WAS IN USA. THIS IS AN ISSUE AS THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE REPLACED LAPTOPS OVER THE PERIOD WHERE I HAVE TT TAX RECORDS AND NO IDEA THAT I SHOULD HAVE FILED THE TT CD WITH THE TAX YEAR RECORDS IT IS ASSOCIATED WITH.
What's great about it: EASY TO USE AS NORMAL
What's not so great: COULD NOT LOOK AT PRIOR YEAR RETURN WITHOUT PDF VERSION OR THE PRIOR YEAR CD - VERY ANNOYING
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments, I moved

finding ghost errors such as no highlighted input on an error sheet.

TT did it again!

Been using Turbo tax since day one, have lost track of how many years that is, but it is a lot, keeps getting better and better
What's great about it: transfer of previous year and hints make it quick and easy
What's not so great: Having to do my taxes at all!

How easy was that

I started to use Turbo Tax when my accountant held up my taxes two years in a row and I got within 100 of his numbers. Well, he was fired and now my taxes are done on time!
What's great about it: simple guided tour to do taxes
What's not so great: some of the error review
