Sometimes difficult to make changes

What's great about it: All of the forms are available
What's not so great: Not easy to jump between forms, and when something is wrong, it holds on to the bad information, and is hard to change.

turbo tax 2015 it made me a difficult time !

It would be help if they fix this problem that I have never had it before. This year it make me frustrated when I am trying to do my own tax return and it always freezing too often times.
What's great about it: I has been good software so far but 2015 it made me not so happy.
What's not so great: always move to a different location to mac instead of windows

I've been using Turbo Tax for years and years. It always provides helpful guidance when appropriate without being overly pushy. And the quick response to phone calls is especially nice when in the middle of tax returns for multiple states.

What's not so great: NM requiring a CRS ID, even though the form clearly says optional

What's not so great: Always wants to print out estimate payment forms. One cannot sort the charitable contributions list by name.

What's not so great: Not all tax forms are automatic on APP or online version...had to buy download

The Best!

I have been using Turbo Tax since 2000. In 16 years I have not had my taxes questioned (no audits) and have gotten a decent returns every year. Good work Intuit!
What's great about it: Easy to use, accurate (haven't been audited yet!)
What's not so great: Can't think of any.
