Can't be beat.

I started using turbo tax while working as an intake clerk for the IRS. Employers kept calling for correction forms because they got busted by turbo tax used by their employees. Had to check it out and have used it ever sense.
What's great about it: The ease of making sure everything is done correctly.
What's not so great: Can't think of any.

What's great about it: I use Turbo tax every year to file my taxes and I don't have any concerns. Excellent software and service.

A bit more clunky than usual

Software hiccuped several times, crashed a few times right in the middle of things. Not as smooth as previous years. Interface is not quite as INTUITive...
What's great about it: Was fast to use

prep for next year

Loading and updates are super slow - to the point of painful. I do however like the product and I am happy with the results.
Another con... don't preauthorize purchase for the following year. There are savings every year that would result in paying 1/2 what the charge is for the package if you sign up in advance - I find this a BIG irritant and not the way to treat return clients!
What's great about it: Reliable and easy product
What's not so great: Very slow

Everything was awesome. There is just a system bug that won't let you pay after you sign into your account. I spent a lot of time reading through the forums to reach a solution but none worked. Finally one user suggested not logging in to the account and selecting "I will sign up later" and paying that way and it worked. Other than this bug everything was perfect.
What's great about it: Easy to complete, feel like I got my maximum return
What's not so great: When sigining into my account to pay, kept getting an error.

reconciliation in error

Pastor has no income taxes withheld. The w2/941 reconciliation does not take that into account.
What's not so great: 941 tax report reconcilation, did realize we don"t pay on Pastor, said we had errors.
