Using Turbo Tax since 1997

Being using Turbo Tax since 1997, what more do I have to say!
What's great about it: Walks you through each step of the way, so you don't overlook anything!
What's not so great: A little time consuming choosing the step by step method, but worth the added piece of mind.

Overall, this was a great year for the Turbotax program. I have fairly complex taxes with multiple 1099's and Turbotax made it easy to submit all of my forms.
The only issue I had with it was that it got stuck calculating when I tried to move to a different step. After restarting the program, it worked fine. I used the program on a Mac for the first time, so I am not sure if the issue is isolated to Macs or also something on PCs.
What's great about it: Easy to use, great walk through each step, love the review for errors
What's not so great: It got stuck calculating a few times and I had to restart it to go to the next step.

Easy process

It is way easier to file your taxes yourself through TurboTax than provide all necessary information to a 3rd party and go through the back and forth to ensure information is complete, accurate and sufficient.
What's great about it: easy to navigate and file your taxes
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I had a baby

Good for Dedicated DIY'ers

I'm quite satisfied with TurboTax. I prefer to do my taxes myself (cheaper, and also I know what's going on), and TT allows me to do so with essentially no worries. If you had no experience with tax preparation it might be possible to miss a whole section and your return wouldn't be correct, even though accurate (the problem with Schedule C not flowing naturally in the Business section).
What's great about it: Gets the job done. Thorough and professional.
What's not so great: Schedule C for small business didn't open up automatically.

Not as smooth as previous years

My main problem was that when I terminated Turbotax and restarted it at a later time / date, it never came back up properly. It would forget things, I had to enter my medical expenses 2 or 3 times. And it forgot that I had loaded PA State Taxes at one point. This sort of thing happened about 8 times, nearly every day of use. Also lots of trouble printing, it would send single short lines to the printer and waste tons of paper if I wasn't there to stop it.
I've used Turbotax since 2009 and I'll give you another year. But if I get similar problems, that'll be it. My taxes are pretty simple at this point in my life.
And while filling out my review, your form kept making me choose another "Nickname" because other users have taken the one I choose. What force people to do that? You have plenty of info to identify me, namely my email.
Clearly you need better software developers.
What's great about it: Worked fine, got my taxes done.
What's not so great: Had lots of problem when coming back to Turbotax after a day's absence.
