What's great about it: easy
What's not so great: the actual filing!!!! this was difficult and took several tries, potentially because I used a different service last 3y

Final review seemed cumbersome asked too many questions about obvious things. A simple check of the return and display of incorrect entries as in years past would suffice. Previous years final review was much simpler and better.

Good but froze up

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. It has always allowed me to submit an honest return with the maximum refund. It works fast, too.
What's great about it: Easy, comprehensive for my small business
What's not so great: no dislikes
