Great Software

I have never used any other software for taxes so I can't compare, but I really like TurboTax so there's no reason to try any other.

Love Turbotax

I have used TurboTax for many years. When things got complex with business losses, and bad loans, I did things in TurboTax then took it to my tax advisor, who was able to tweak a few things to improve my situation, but I was able to do the bulk of the work in the evenings and on weekends and have it all ready for my appointment. Had to fix one thing on State taxes this year, but that's it. Love it. Easy to understand, and move through quickly.

Friendly process

This was a friendly process since I am not a PC whiz or a financial tax whiz. It walked me through step by step and prompted me to enter what was needed in clear concise language
What's great about it: 2015 Federal Tax Return

Calculation Loops Unacceptable

Purchased Turbo Tax 2015 Premier for a MAC. First return I did worked fine. Second return, after an update, went into endless loops during the calculation phases. I had to quit Turbo Tax and log back in at each point of calculation in order to continue with the program.
What's great about it: Comprehensive; Step-by-Step Guidance

Flat Tax

Much better than previous years. Much easier to navigate back and forth between different screens. Still doesn't save exactly were you left off. Thanks so much.

The best tax prep. program & then some...

I has been using your product since you put it in the market that's mean many years and is an excellent program product. I use the "Home and Business" great for people with small business.
I am an accountant and this product is easy to learn and to train other employees in my business we use this product all the tax season and the some meaning the whole year. Your payroll feature is great and affordable to learn. I do taxes for individuals, business and some organizations, but this program "Home and Business have only 5 or 7 e-file processing's. We want to be unlimited for business who do tax preparation or for accountants. Thank you your program is excellent in all the meaning of the word.

What's great about it: Fast and easy to learn and control
What's not so great: no too many e-files this program only have 5 or 6 e-files only to transmit. we want more than 100.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Never again!

This is not just my first time, but my SECOND time of having Turbo Tax both ruin my computer and lose all tax info I input. Turbo Tax supposedly auto-saves each time you go to new area. If so, then why did mine all disappear? Each time I exit, I click save. Do you know how frustrating that is?
Also, last time I used it it made my computer impossible to use. Now on this computer this year, it has slowed mine down to a complete lag. I am so annoyed, I will never, ever use it again. I also found that this year's questions were not as clear to follow as previous years. I had also saved last years to disk so as to transfer info to this years. Nope.....not there. UGH! NEVER AGAIN!
