I have to contact customer service all the time. To many questions that are confusing. So confusing that i got behind on my taxes for 2 yrs I plan on going in person after I get caught up.
What's great about it: Ive been using it for years
What's not so great: It is still very confusing, to many questions that are confusing.

I have been using TurboTax for several years. It just keeps getting better. As a small business owner, the ability to utilize this program has shortened my bookkeeping time and lengthened my life. I love this program!
What's great about it: The Employer Information
What's not so great: I would like to transfer employee information from year to year.

TurboTax makes filing easy

I always use TurboTax for my Federal e-file and always mail in my state return. Works great and very good and accurate.

I think this is a great programs.
What's great about it: guided me through my filing
What's not so great: did not realize that we had to wait for Stare Form and was concerned when it printed "Do Not File"

Amazing experience quick and easy

my experience was wonderful, I really did not believe I could file my tax return on my own but I did it thanks to turbo tax. it was very easy to follow the instructions to make an example of how easy it is a freshmen in high school could do it. overall I had an amazing experience thank you turbo tax
What's great about it: i had never done my taxes myself but now seeing how quick and easy turbo tax makes it i fully recommended it
What's not so great: honestly there was no cons maybe except that it takes about an hour and a half if you have never filed your taxes
