Excellent Tool!

I am able to enter the information I have and the program figures out the implications of that information. I love it.
What's great about it: intuitive, fast, eficient
What's not so great: none that I can think of
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I had a baby

Schedule A interviews seem to be getting harder rather than clearer. I save the file I created after each section but when I Exit and return, I am not brought back to where I left off.
Screen doesn't easily scroll down/up without focusing on outside arrow scroll.

I would like to see the estimated tax payment step earlier in the work process -

Definitely recommend turbo tax for personal tax returns. Our family has used the product for 5 or 6 years now and the process is relatively painless (as far as filing taxes go :).
What's great about it: Easy to use interface. Walk through feature for every situation is excellent.
What's not so great: sometimes slow from screen to screen

Good, but it has quirks

I have used this program for years, and while it is easier than the others, there are certainly areas for improvement. Such as in explaining with more detail about any tax situation. This would general in nature, but a side button to get more concise details would be an improvement.
What's great about it: easy to use, all you have to do is answer questions
What's not so great: Does not adequately explain certain tax situations

The input process was straight forward and easy to follow. You can switch between the input process and the forms to help add context to preparing your tax return.
The review and file saving process prior to mailing the return was a bit confusing, but all in all I was able to complete the return successfully.
What's great about it: Return was simple, and straight forward, easy to input
What's not so great: Print options and saving final return were confusing
