Key improvement area needed: better interface with Quicken.e.g. ability to import each line item and correct as necessary.
What's great about it: managed to get it done
What's not so great: but it wasn't easy

Calculating

Calculating loop that would not stop, repeatedly. Had to restart the software 4 times to get through the return. There were some parts of the return i just could not access to complete correctly. Difficult to use compared to past years.
What's not so great: More difficult to use than past years. Kept locking up.

Wonderful but Scary

I would be nice to have two numbers on the top of the screen. The first would be taxes due at this point. The second number would be an estimate of taxes due based on last years TurboTax return.
Second, I am a small business owner filing 1120S. It would be nice for W2 info on health insurance paid, code DD prompt questions concerning payments of health insurance for deduction on line 29 of form 1040.
What's great about it: I get all the deductions allowable
What's not so great: The tax due on top of screen is scary at first!

Decent Software

I'm a long-time Turbo Tax user. While I like the walk through of each topic, some topics get easily missed. It would actually make more sense (in a home business format) to cover all the personal income/deductions before going through the business deductions.
What's great about it: Walks you through items
What's not so great: Items covered are not always clear
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Pros/Cons
on March 19, 2016

Overall, as good as last year. Prefer having prior year to look at for guidance and comparing year to year. New to me this year was state security area requiring driver license details - I assume to prevent fraud losing refund due to me. Nice to have download option for completed return. Sent to my documents for storage, no printing needed at this time. I do not recall seeing that feature in the past. Turbo simplifies an expensive, time consuming ordeal of filing taxes. Con-I do not know what the updates are 'updating' !!
What's great about it: Provided option to add Home & Business as I entered data. First time ever needed as I filed Misc Income
What's not so great: Unable to skip updates and continue entering data. Updates & Install takes too long & was difficult to get back in
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
