Great Program, Great Refund, Great Experience!

Loaded the disc and followed the instructions for a trouble free experience. I liked how TurboTax kept track of the tax owed or the refund as I supplied the information needed. I also appreciated how TurboTax pulled in other information such as last year's return, W2, etc. I believe I got the largest possible refund and have confidence in the calculations performed. Everything was as advertised and more!
What's great about it: Lot's of good questions and help information, included Federal filing, program worked trouble free
What's not so great: Wished state filing was included

Very good, but a few bugs this year

Overall good, but seems more buggy than previous years
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: E-file was unreliable & took 6 tries; sometimes got stuck w/changes

Does not allow you to electronically file a state return if you are not elect a federal. BUT THEY SURE DO CHARGE YOU FOR THE STATE

Another successful years taxes filed

Have been using TT now for my returns and others in the family for 10 plus years. Works great and i feel I get the best returns.
What's great about it: Ease of use and walkthrough
What's not so great: No face to face
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to use

I have used TurboTax for years now and love how it walks you thru everything by asking questions. It also provides an explanation in case you don't totally understand the question.
I also love how easy it is to import QuickBooks data for my companies.
What's great about it: Asks questions with explanation

Complete Confidence

I am an independent contractor and Turbo Tax has helped tremendously by giving me confidence that I have completed my taxes thoroughly and knowing I have received every legal deduction.
