I have used Turbotax for several years. It is quick and easy to file both Federal and State Returns.
What's great about it: Quick and Easy
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I found two items that could be improved in next year’s TurboTax.
I receive a monthly pension from IBM. In the Step-by-Step instructions, there are screens that are not appropriate for a Pension plan and can be confusing. For example, there is a screen that says: “Since Stephen was over age 70 ½ in 2015, Stephen needed to take a required minimum amount of money, or required minimum distribution (RMD), out of this account or else be subject to a 50% additional tax…” The screen also asks if this was an RMD for 2015, and says that a “No answer is not common”. This screen makes no sense for a classical monthly pension plan. The next screen is similarly not relevant for a Pension when it asks, “What did you do with the money?” My suggestion is to ask if this distribution is a Pension plan before asking questions that only make sense for a retirement investment plan (IRA, 401K, etc.)
The other item relates to the New York State tax program. The Federal tax Step-by-Step program asks if I want to apply part or all of my refund to next year’s estimated tax. The New York State Step-by-Step program does not have this option and assumes all refunds are to be paid out and none applied to next years estimated tax. The option to allow the user to apply all or part of the refund to next year’s estimated tax should be added to the Step-by-Step New York State program.
I have tried the 2015 H&R Block tax program and these two items were handled in the way I proposed. I think, overall, your program is better, but for these two items, H&R Block had you beat.
What's great about it: Turbotax is complete and easy to use
What's not so great: Two problems that I note below

After completing a married filing jointly return I tried the what if worksheet to see the difference if filing separately. The worksheet showed a big difference in favor of the separate filing. I then went to the trouble of re-entering the info for two separate returns, only to find that the result was much worse.
What's great about it: waste of time
What's not so great: what if bore no resemblance to final result
